How to Forget Self-Sabotage
Aug 13, 2025
A man who can’t focus is a man who frequently self-sabotages.
A man who frequently self-sabotages is a man who forgets how to focus.
That’s a conundrum if I’ve ever heard one, and it begs the question: how does a man remember, or relearn, how to focus?
Responsibility.
The man who willingly picks up as much responsibility as he can is the man who will never sabotage himself again.
Responsibility is the magnetized rod iron shavings cling to; those iron shavings being a wife, a family, secure finances and a promising future.
A man who becomes responsible is a man who remembers how to focus.
A man who remembers how to focus forgets how to self-sabotage.
